Welcome to [VAULT] Ctrl (vaultctrl.co), an independent design studio and digital marketplace based in São Paulo, Brazil. We sell digital assets for creators, designers and studios, including Photoshop presets, typefaces, shape packs and textures. By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time, and changes take effect when posted with a new revision date.
01.
License
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the files in personal and commercial projects. The Commercial license covers a single user, and the Extended license covers the broader use described on the product page. Licenses apply only to the buyer named on the order.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the original files, claim them as your own, include them in products made for resale or free distribution (such as UI kits, templates, plugins or asset packs), or upload them to public repositories, file-sharing platforms or AI training datasets.

Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout, using Stripe for credit and debit cards, and PayPal. We never store or have access to your full card details. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees, and sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country.
We only collect the information needed to process your order, deliver your files and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delivery
All products are digital downloads, so nothing is shipped and no shipping fees apply. Your files are available right after payment on the order confirmation page, and the download link is also sent to the email used at checkout. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us below.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once payment is processed, except for duplicate or accidental purchases, verified technical issues, or products that don’t meet your expectations, requested within 7 days of purchase. Please read our full Refund Policy before buying.
05.
Ownership
All assets, graphics, code, branding and copy on this website are the intellectual property of [VAULT] Ctrl unless otherwise credited. A purchase grants usage rights only, not ownership. The [VAULT] Ctrl name, logo and brand identifiers may not be used without written consent.
06.
Liability
All products are provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee compatibility with every software version, plugin or operating system, so please check the requirements on each product page before buying. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [VAULT] Ctrl is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of São Paulo, SP, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
