License & Usage
When you purchase a product from [VAULT] Ctrl, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal and commercial projects.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the files in their original form.
Claim the products or templates as your own creation.
Use or include the assets in products intended for resale or free distribution (such as template packs, plugins, or marketplaces).
Upload the assets to file-sharing platforms or AI datasets.
Each license is granted to a single user or team (depending on the product license type stated on the product page).
Payment & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Transactions are processed through secure third-party payment platforms.
Depending on your country, applicable sales taxes or VAT may be added during checkout in accordance with local regulations.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once the files have been accessed. However, we understand that issues can happen.
If you experience technical problems or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days at info@vaultctrl.co and we’ll review your case individually. Duplicate payments or accidental purchases are refunded immediately.
